My doctor said I'm good to run again at my postpartum appointment yesterday. Hooray, my bod is healed!!  Praise God. Baby John is on his 6 week growth spurt and has been up every hour of the night this week working really hard on his adorable triple chins and thigh rolls. Caffeine and an early morning run is the best remedy I know of to wake myself up and to get someone to sleep.
