The thing about renting and moving every 1-3 years, as other military families know well, is that it always provides a new opportunity and challenge to turn a house into a home. And this was about the point when John Shea bolted down the roped-off hall, laughing hysterically, with Cam and one of the guards after him. Ten Favorites in Monterey
I wrote a post just like this before we left Okinawa and am making it a tradition. Zagreb Market Inspiration: Leek and Potato Soup with Porcini
Soup is an important part of a meal in Croatia. Whenever we have lunch at our neighbor's or go out to dinner in Zagreb (there are some amazing restaurants!) the meal begins with soup.
