When you've been away from your own country for a couple years, it's really interesting to come back and look at it with fresh eyes. I am so sorry for the radio silence over here! We've been in the States for a couple weeks now, so happy to see my family, but not sleeping at all yet while Georgia adjusts, and trying so hard to find a house before our very short rental is up. Croatia’s Gorgeous Plešivica Wine Region
Croatia produces some of the best wine in the entire world. Cam and I think it produces the best. Every region has it's own varieties but the most wonderful sparkling wines come from the Plešivica region, just outside of Zagreb. Simple & Delicious: Blueberry, Feta & Honey Toast
Around late June in Zagreb is when blueberries start appearing in our markets. There are the sweet, bigger blueberries we all know, but there's also a wild variety here that are much smaller and tart. I love them all!
