Northern Okinawa, Salmon Ceviche & Grilled Crostini
Back on New Years, Cam and I hiked up north and cooked dinner with good friends {hi Nick & Manda!} who had the great idea to make a bunch of different tapas, each of us creating one or two of them. The delicious warm scones and coffee Cam and I loved from the Arrowtown Bakery inspired me to come home and create my own. Lake Tekapo, New Zealand
I've said it on here before and I'll likely be saying it for the rest of my life! New Zealand is the most gorgeous place we've ever seen. It's hard to tell from my photos but Lake Tekapo is a brilliant turquoise when the sun is shining, creating a magnificent sight with the Alps, fields of purple lupines and the Church of the Good Shepherd encircling it.
